Our software is freely available to the public and government sector (PGS) entities in all NATO countries.
FREE LICENSE VS PGS LICENSE?
- Our software has a free plan (P0) that provides predefined, common classification with a custom right text; this will be sufficient for tiny businesses and individuals.
- But if your business requires a higher-level plan (P2), you can still get it for free if you are a PGS customer.

OBTAIN A FREE LICENSE
- Please register for a portal account.
- Click on your account name dropdown menu -> click on Support Center (SSO) -> Create a support ticket. (Choose Help Topic -> [Licensing – PGS])
- Follow the instructions provided by the support ticket.
- Wait for approval. (typical 1-24 hours)
- Once approval is granted, go to the portal -> CICB -> License -> Add License -> select the PGS (P2) plan -> Checkout.
TYPE OF QUALIFIED PGS CUSTOMERS
- Governments
- Armed Forces
- National Laboratories
- Educational Institutions
- Law Enforcement Agencies
- Other NATO countries may qualify with approvals.
POLICIES
- The PGS license is NOT for profitable entities such as individual, contractor, or business.
- The PGS license is NOT for individual use, nor transferable or applicable to others.
- The PGS license is not for resale purposes.
- The PGS license is renewed annually. You must renew it once a year with a very easy self-help step similar to getting a trial license.
- The PGS license is granted based on need.
- The PGS license is free of charge; this policy is subject to change at any time without prior notification.
- If your account has been verified via a top-level domain such as .gov/.mil/.int/.edu, you can add a license via Portal -> CICB -> License.
